Siro Gonzáles opened the restaurant Calderón more than a decade ago, it is a highly personal space where he has managed to bring together some of his passions: gastronomy, music, and art.
This ‘Mestre Recetario’ –Master of Recipes- manages his prestigious and original restaurant in the heart of Santiago as well as a thriving catering business which is characterised by its products and a painstaking service that make the Calderón Catering a regular presence in the most important Galician events.
The hallmarks of the restaurant are seriousness, professionalism, an efficient and elegant service, and adequate prices. Counselling is also offered to clients on all kind of menus, cocktails, coffee breaks… for any celebration such as weddings, communions, or business meals or dinners.
The service is personalized and offers what each client wants and needs. Culinary preparations are very varied, from the most traditional to innovative dishes always with first quality products.
