The hotel is located in an historic building which previously was a students residence and now, after its rebuilding, it is a functional and practical one star hotel with a wide range of services such as its spectacular saloon with views to the Cathedral, a beautiful sitting room with views to Bonaval, a meeting room, a dining room for groups, Internet, Wi-Fi, parking, etc.

Its 51 rooms (single and double) are en suite, have central heating, TV, telephone, hairdryer, and outside windows, some of them with views to the Cathedral. All bedrooms and access are adapted for disabled people.
